Hi, I’m Tom, and I was one of the first Google Certified Trainers in Wales. Over the last 10+ years, I’ve been training Staff in the use of Technology platforms like Google Workspace and Apple devices.
More recently, with the advances in AI, I’ve been delivering training on how Staff can implement AI into their daily roles, which has been very popular and well-received.
I also cover topics like E-Safety and Cyber Security to upskill attendees in protecting themselves and their data.

Back in 2017, I was part of the first group of people to be granted Google for Education Trainer status in Wales. Since then I have delivered training to hundreds of people on how to get the most out of the Google Workspace Platform.

as well as Gmail, Calendar, and Meet
