Who are we?

Halo Support was founded in 2017 by Mark, an Apple Certified Technician and Tom, a Google Certified Trainer.

Our goal was to offer support on Apple and Google platforms as we felt there weren’t many options for organisations using those platforms.

We have primarily worked with Non-profits and Education settings but have received requests from more organisations who have moved away from the traditional Microsoft approach.

As a small business based in South Wales, we work best with other local businesses looking to grow their use of Google Workspace.

If you find you’re always fielding the same support requests from Staff, we can help by producing “Standard Operating Procedure” docs that guide staff through common tasks.
