Halo Support – Environmental Policy

At Halo Support Ltd, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and promoting sustainability in all areas of our operations.

  • Energy Efficiency: We operate from energy-efficient offices, using LED lighting and modern insulation in line with Building Regulations. We are cloud-based and use low-energy devices like the modern MacBook Pro and iPads. Solar panels and battery storage are being installed at our main office address to increase our use of renewable energy.

  • Sustainable Travel: We use electric vehicles for all site visits and installations, and provide remote support wherever possible to minimise travel-related emissions.

  • Waste & Recycling: We follow WEEE regulations for disposing of electronic waste and recycle all packaging materials wherever possible. We also use recyclable packaging for any shipments.

  • Paper Reduction: We operate a near-paperless workflow, printing only when absolutely necessary.

  • Responsible Sourcing: We choose suppliers with strong environmental practices, including Apple, whose iPads form part of our Sign-in System. We continue to review suppliers to ensure they align with our sustainability values.

  • Continuous Improvement: We aim to continually improve our environmental performance and review our impact annually to identify areas for further improvement.

We believe small businesses have a role to play in protecting the environment and are committed to doing our part responsibly and transparently.
