We are a small team with mixed levels of tech confidence. Will AI training work for us?

This is exactly who our training is designed for. Before every session we have a conversation with someone from your organisation to understand where your team is starting from. On the day, we take time at the start to understand individual confidence levels in the room and adjust accordingly. Nobody gets left behind, and nobody needs any prior experience with AI.

How long does a training session last?

Our standard sessions run for approximately 2.5 hours each. A full training day covering multiple sessions runs to around half a day in total, making it easy to fit around your team's schedule without losing a full working day.

Do attendees need to bring anything or have anything set up in advance?

Just a laptop or tablet with internet access and a willingness to give things a go. We will advise you on any free tools or platforms worth having ready before the session, and we will walk through everything on the day so nobody arrives feeling underprepared.

Can the training be delivered remotely or does it have to be in person?

We can deliver sessions both in person and online. In person tends to work best for team buy-in and the hands-on elements, but online delivery works well for teams that are spread across locations. We will discuss what works best for your organisation when you get in touch.

How is the training tailored to our organisation?

Before every session we have an initial conversation about your organisation, your sector, and what you want to get out of the training. The examples, demonstrations and exercises on the day are then shaped around your team's actual work — not generic scenarios that do not feel relevant. A housing association session feels different to a legal firm session, even if the underlying skills are the same.

What happens after the training?

Everyone leaves with practical skills they have actually used on the day, not just watched someone else demonstrate. For organisations that want to go further, our AI 101, 102 and 103 sessions are designed as a progression — each one building on the last.

How do I know AI training is the right investment for my organisation right now?

Do you work with organisations outside Wales?

Yes, though organisations outside Wales are not eligible for the Welsh Government's Flexible Skills Programme funding. If you are based outside Wales, get in touch and we will talk through your options.

How quickly can training be booked?

It depends on availability, but we typically aim to get sessions booked within a few weeks of an initial conversation. If you have a specific date in mind or a deadline to meet — for example, to use FSP funding before March 2027 — let us know when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is there a minimum number of attendees?

There is no strict minimum, but sessions work best with at least five or six people. Smaller than that and it starts to feel less like a team training session and more like a one-to-one. If you have a very small team, get in touch and we will figure out the best approach together.
