Remote Management of iPads using Mobile Device Management

No more gathering iPads together and plugging them into a syncing station to update them. All you need to do is send us your request for an app, setting or restriction you want deploying to the iPads and we will do the rest. The changes will be made over wifi without any interaction required from you.  You can then spend your time focussing on teaching, safe in the knowledge that your iPads are in good hands.

Uniform devices - Same apps, same settings on all iPads

One of the common complaints we hear from staff across many of our schools is in regards to uniformity of devices. With our management we can implement settings like locked wallpapers (no more selfies as iPad backgrounds), apps that stay in their set locations and can’t be moved or deleted and the removal of unnecessary or distracting apps as required.

Proactive Support

We will monitor the important aspects of your iPad deployment and let you know of any issues that arise before they potentially cause you a problem. We will actively monitor the storage levels of your iPads as well as checking when devices may need updates or new apps. We will also send over a bi-weekly report so that you have visibility of the information that’s important to you.

There’s never a good time for something to go wrong but if you encounter a problem that needs attention, rest assured that you will get the support you need. There’s no waiting for a Technician to visit the school and no lengthy process to go through, just inform us of the issue and we will get right on it for you. We will keep in touch throughout the process and notify you when the work is complete.

Teacher Training

Training is a vital part of a successful deployment and we will work with you to develop a training plan that’s right for you. We can focus the sessions on topics that are important to you and also spend time with different ability groups to make sure everyone receives the support they need.

Google Apps for Education (now called G Suite)

Google Apps for Education is gaining a lot of traction in schools and is an amazingly effective way of collaborating on work and communicating between Teachers and pupils. We would be happy to demonstrate the features to you and if you decide to go ahead we can get it setup for you and train teachers and pupils on how it works.
