Halo Support was founded in 2017 by Mark Haycock and Tom Lewis. The purpose of the company is to provide exceptional support, guidance and training to schools on using mobile technology so that teachers can focus on teaching without worrying about the equipment. We believe that by spending time getting to know each school and really exploring how the technology can enrich daily life means that you can use the equipment that’s already in place and transform the way it’s used by pupils and teachers
From offsite remote management of hardware to onsite training and support, we believe our service brings together the technical and hands on support needed for schools to get more out of their IT.
Tom is the Co-Founder of Halo Support and has worked with schools across Wales with the aim of improving the way they use mobile technology. He enjoys a challenge and loves finding new ways that schools can use technology to make their lives easier. Tom is a Google for Education Certified Trainer.
